MEET Arianna
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or struggling with depression? Do you need a safe space to process your thoughts and emotions? You don’t have to do it alone.
I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs.
I work with adolescents (14+), adults, military service members and their families, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my pets, savoring tea with a good book, and exploring creative projects, there’s usually at least one art or craft project in progress, and I rarely go anywhere without a book or my Kindle.
If this resonates with you, we can take the next steps together.
